Who we are (and are not)

GLP Clinic Finder content is produced by an editorial team. We are not a clinic, pharmacy, or medical practice, and we do not provide medical advice.

  • We don't diagnose, prescribe, or determine eligibility for treatment.
  • We don't imply clinician review unless a page explicitly names a real reviewer.
  • We focus on transparency, sourcing, and clear limitations.

People-first standard (Who / How / Why)

Pages should help a real reader complete a real task — for example, comparing care models or preparing questions for a consultation.

  • Who: the intended reader and what decision they're trying to make.
  • How: what sources we used and what assumptions or limits exist.
  • Why: why the page exists beyond SEO — what it helps the reader do next.

How content is created (including automation)

Some content may be drafted with automated tools and then edited for clarity and sourcing. Automation is not a substitute for evidence, and it is not clinical review.

  • We aim to cite sources a reader can check for safety and regulatory claims.
  • If we can't verify a provider-specific detail, we label it as unknown or unverified.
  • We avoid "freshness" edits that only change dates without improving meaning.

Sourcing and citations

We cite authoritative sources for regulatory, safety, and medical information. Provider-specific claims should be linked to a provider's own published materials or clearly labeled as unverified.

  • Prefer primary and authoritative sources (for example, FDA, CDC, NIH, and state medical boards).
  • Avoid health claims that aren't supported by sources a reader can check.
  • Separate facts from opinions, and label uncertainty when data is missing.

Updates, corrections, and feedback

We update pages when something meaningful changes: a source changes, guidance changes, or our explanation improves. For corrections, use the corrections process and include the page URL, the specific claim, and a source URL that supports the update.

  • We may add clarity without changing the date unless the meaning changed.
  • If a date is shown, it should reflect a substantive update we can stand behind.
  • Use the contact page for corrections, privacy questions, and provider listing updates.
