Corrections

How to request a correction or provider listing update.

Trustworthy health-adjacent content needs a clear path for readers and providers to flag outdated, unclear, or unverifiable information.

What to send

Please include enough detail for an editor to find the exact issue and verify the proposed change. Do not send sensitive medical information or personal health details.

  • The page URL and the exact sentence, listing field, or claim that needs review.
  • What you believe should change, written as specifically as possible.
  • A source URL a reader can check, such as a provider page, regulator page, FDA page, state licensing record, or payer document.

Provider listing updates

Provider updates should be supported by public or provider-controlled sources. We may decline or label requests as unverified when a claim cannot be checked by readers.

  • Provider name, website, and the listing field that should change.
  • States served, clinic locations, care model, pricing, insurance participation, or pharmacy information, only when source-backed.
  • A clear contact path for follow-up if the source material is incomplete.

How we review requests

We review corrections against the editorial policy and methodology. A correction request does not create a medical, legal, advertising, or provider relationship with GLP Clinic Finder.

  • Medical or safety claims need authoritative sourcing and may require clinician review before publication.
  • Paid or sponsored requests must still follow our advertiser disclosure and cannot bypass basic source standards.
  • If a change is material, the page should be updated in substance before any date is changed.

Where to send it

This site does not currently publish a monitored public email address. Add a public contact workflow before launch so readers and providers can submit corrections.
